She was the very first person to use the Marble Dream Resurfacing Kit when it was launched in the marketplace last year! We tracked her down to see how she feels about the project she tackled and the change it brought to her kitchen.
Q: What made you interested in the Marble Dream product?
A: I grew up near Marble, Colorado and I love the look of marble! I wanted to change the look of my dark, outdated kitchen and thought this would be a good way to start.
Q: About how long did it take you to use the Marble Dream Kit?
A: It was about a 3-day process.
Q: How has the Marble Dream transformed your kitchen?
A: It has brightened up the kitchen along with our other renovations. My friends and family all think the kitchen looks a lot better than it did before.
Q: Do you consider yourself an advance, average or once-in-awhile DIYer?
A: I’m an average DIYer. However, my husband, who did most of this project, is an advanced DIYer. The primary steps for this project were easy, but the marbling was a bit more difficult for me. It’s definitely a good value for the money paid for the kit.
Q: What else would you like to add?
A: This is a beautiful product. The videos now on the website would have been helpful to me when I did the project. Watch the videos first. Some people may want to create a template for the marbling, to control it more. I’ll definitely use Daich Coatings kits again for other projects around the home.
