When it comes to reviving surfaces, Albert Chatman really knows what he’s doing. His company, Fast Maintenance Service LLC, is a multi-service company, specializing in surface effects.

On one recent project Chatman used a SpreadStone Decorative Concrete Resurfacer Kit for the inside of a garage in a striking Midnight Slate color. He finished off the garage surface with a DaiHard MAX clear sealer for a showroom shine. Outside the garage he used a SpreadStone product on the driveway to complete the project.

According to Chatman, it’s important to have some creativity when using Daich Coatings products. He also suggests following the instructions for the product.
“Never limit your abilities and be willing to step outside the box,” says Chatman. “The product is the best. Let your imagination take you from there. Chatman and his company have been installing Daich Coatings products since 2018. They work primarily on residential projects, but they’ve also done surfaces at the Holiday Express Hotel.
